App refuses to boot correctly, and I always have to restart it AT LEAST once in order to make it work. UX is frustrating, you can only withdraw money after 24h and set expedition service via the desktop web app. Support tickets take ages to be resolved. Sky high fees plus hidden charges. You're charged 6% for free shipping program, yet most user won't even get the benefit since it is exclusive to Plus users and sometimes paid campaigns are forced on you suddenly, racking up the fees more.

A lot of products of mine are missing after I used this merger app. Not a user friendly app, it is difficult to find "Tokopedia Care"-like feature and the tracing delivery. In the Tokopedia seller center everything was already settled, so why don't you just adopt the same user interface?

App have security issues.My product listings keeps getting duplicated by scammer accnts from China which are able to syphone my algorithm & sales traffic and no matter how many times I report the issue, it keeps recurring every week fr a year now. Watermark & logos are useless. I hv to keep checking daily to report~on repeat cycles! Come on IT dept do something already! Why is TT not as strict to scammers as u are towards us sellers?? Double standards! Sellers always got penalised immediately!
